Every protocol below is the literal sequence of actions for that treatment at the October branch. We do not improvise. If a protocol changes, the new version is dated and the old version stays archived for audit.

Sit-down assessment with no treatment on the same day.
A 45-minute conversation, photographs of the area you are concerned about (kept on a closed local server, never shared), Fitzpatrick typing, allergy history, medication review, and a written treatment plan you take home with you. We do not treat on consultation day, full stop.
