Sit-down assessment with no treatment on the same day.
A 45-minute conversation, photographs of the area you are concerned about (kept on a closed local server, never shared), Fitzpatrick typing, allergy history, medication review, and a written treatment plan you take home with you. We do not treat on consultation day, full stop.
Anyone considering aesthetic treatment for the first time, anyone returning after a bad experience elsewhere, anyone with a chronic skin condition.
Patients who want a treatment performed on the same day — we do not offer that, by policy.
