“My favorite clinic. I tried many places but this one is the most professional clinic. Perfect service and atmosphere. Dr. Rania is so clever I recommend her.”
Voile Clinic — October Branch
Considered care for women's aesthetic medicine.
An aesthetic-medicine practice for women, built around protocols you can read, doctors you can verify, and follow-up that does not stop at the front desk.
A consultation room at the 6 October branch — photographed in February 2025.
Note from Dr. Rania
Why this site reads the way it does.
“We have a 3.9 rating on Google. Some of those reviews are difficult to read — and we would rather you read them than not. We rebuilt our protocols in 2024 in response. Every section of this site is written so you can verify whether the change is real before booking.”
— Dr. Rania El-Sherbiny, Medical Director
Read the full safety pageThree policies that change everything
Not slogans. Three rules written on the wall behind the front desk.
No same-day treatment policy
We will never treat you on the day of your consultation. There is always 48 hours to think.
We refuse what we cannot manage
We refuse treatments we cannot manage if they go wrong. That is why our service list is short.
Protocols, not marketing
Every protocol on this site is the actual sequence used in the room. Not marketing copy.
Six safety pillars. Every one verifiable.
From sterilisation to follow-up. The full page lives at /safety.
Equipment sterilisation
Single-use kits opened in front of you. Reusable instruments autoclaved with daily integrity logs.
Doctor credentials
Every doctor's syndicate registration is published on this site and on the wall in their treatment room.
Staff training cadence
Quarterly internal recertification + one external course per doctor per year. Logged.
Two-stage consent
Verbal walkthrough first, then written sign-off. Always 48 hours after consultation.
Emergency protocol
Anaphylaxis kit + hyaluronidase + AED on every floor. Drilled monthly.
Follow-up commitment
Every patient receives a 48h, 7d and 14d check-in. Direct doctor WhatsApp for 72 hours after any procedure.
Treatments we offer — and the ones we refuse
We say no often. We will not deliver a treatment we cannot manage if it goes wrong, and we will not deliver a treatment we cannot honestly recommend for you. That is the filter.
First consultation
Sit-down assessment with no treatment on the same day.
Laser hair removal
Diode + Alexandrite hair reduction with mandatory patch test.
HydraFacial™ deep cleanse
Multi-step exfoliation, extraction, and hydration. No acid burns.
Medical chemical peel
Doctor-applied glycolic, salicylic or TCA peel — never delegated.
Microneedling RF resurfacing
Fractional radio-frequency for texture and pores. Not for the same week as injectables.
Botulinum toxin (anti-wrinkle)
FDA-approved units only. Two-doctor consent. Mandatory 48-hour cooling period.
Our values
The team behind every appointment
We are deliberately a small team. Bigger means harder to keep standards constant. You will know exactly which doctor will treat you before you confirm.
Lead Aesthetic Dermatologist & Medical Director
Dr. Rania El-Sherbiny
Rania founded the October branch in 2018 after eleven years inside hospital dermatology departments in Cairo and Munich. Her practice is built around a single principle: never offer a treatment we are not ready to manage if it goes wrong. She personally signs off on every protocol used at the clinic and reviews every complication report within 24 hours.
Aesthetic Injectables Specialist
Dr. Rawan Fahmy
Rawan trained for three years inside a Beirut-based injectables fellowship before joining Voile in 2020. She handles the clinic's full neuromodulator and dermal-filler caseload and runs the consent and aftercare protocol for every injection. She will not inject the same patient on the day of consultation — there is always a 48-hour cooling period.
Laser & Body Contouring Specialist
Dr. Salma Tawfik
Salma owns the laser room. Every laser session at Voile is performed by her or supervised in-room. She is responsible for the device-by-device safety log, the patch-test policy, and the Fitzpatrick skin-typing assessment that every laser patient must pass before treatment begins.
What patients said. Word for word.
We do not curate reviews. We respond to every one.
“Literally one of the best places for woman care in general. Dr Rawan is so professional.”
“One of best clinics in town for hair laser removal and other services with good value. Thanks Dr. Salma.”
“I came here after a bad peel somewhere else left me with marks. Dr. Rania spent 45 minutes on consultation and refused to peel me that day. She fixed what the other clinic broke. I have never felt this listened to in any clinic.”
“Honestly the consultation alone was worth it. Dr. Rawan asked me why I wanted Botox before talking about it at all. We agreed I didn't need it yet. Who tells you that?”
“The patch test thing felt over the top when I booked. Then I read about other clinics' burn cases and I get it now. Took 3 months to start because of all the protocols, but I trust this place completely.”
We also publish the difficult reviews on the complaints page, with the action we took in response.
