Investigated within 7 days
If your complaint relates to a clinical outcome, we open an internal review against the protocol used. You receive the findings in writing.
Refunds when we are at fault
If our review finds we deviated from protocol, we refund the procedure in full and cover the cost of corrective treatment — at our clinic or another of your choice.
Transparency report
Once a year we publish a public summary of complaints received, action taken and protocol changes. Last published: January 2025.
