Equipment sterilisation

Single-use kits opened in front of you. Reusable instruments autoclaved with daily integrity logs.

Every clinical room has a sealed dispenser of single-use sterile kits — speculum, blades, microneedling cartridges, syringes. The seal is broken in front of you. Re-usable instruments (forceps, retractors) are autoclaved at 134°C for 18 minutes inside a Class B vacuum autoclave (MELAG Vacuklav 41B+). The autoclave runs a daily Helix and Bowie-Dick test. The log is on a clipboard inside each treatment room — you may ask to see it.

Doctor credentials

Every doctor's syndicate registration is published on this site and on the wall in their treatment room.

There are exactly three doctors operating clinical procedures at the October branch. Their photographs, syndicate registration numbers, training history and certificate scans live on /doctors. The same documents are physically framed in the corridor between rooms 2 and 3.

Staff training cadence

Quarterly internal recertification + one external course per doctor per year. Logged.

Every quarter the team runs a closed clinic day for protocol review, complication simulations, and refresher on emergency drills (vascular occlusion, anaphylaxis, syncope). Each doctor must complete one externally-accredited course per calendar year. The training log is reviewed by the Medical Director.

Two-stage consent

Verbal walkthrough first, then written sign-off. Always 48 hours after consultation.

Consent is not a piece of paper you sign at the front desk. The doctor reads each line aloud, asks if you understood, then waits for you to sign in their presence. There is a mandatory 48-hour reflection window between consultation and any procedure (excluding clinically time-sensitive cases). You may withdraw consent at any moment.

Emergency protocol

Anaphylaxis kit + hyaluronidase + AED on every floor. Drilled monthly.

Every clinical room has a wall-mounted emergency response card. Adrenaline auto-injectors, hyaluronidase, oxygen and an Automated External Defibrillator are accessible within 30 seconds from any treatment chair. We run a monthly unannounced drill — average response to 'patient down' scenario over the last six drills: 41 seconds.

Follow-up commitment

Every patient receives a 48h, 7d and 14d check-in. Direct doctor WhatsApp for 72 hours after any procedure.

Aftercare is built into every booking. Within 48 hours we message to ask how you are. At day 7 we ask for an optional photo. At day 14 we ask if you would like to book a no-cost review. For 72 hours post-procedure you have a private WhatsApp line to the doctor who treated you — not the front desk.
